These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.redbarndoodlesandmore.com (the “Site”), operated by Red Barn Doodles and More (“Red Barn Doodles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to use of the Site. A puppy application, deposit, reservation, purchase, health guarantee, or transfer of ownership may be governed by a separate written agreement or policy.

1. Website Use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and informational purposes, including learning about Red Barn Doodles, viewing available or planned puppies, submitting an inquiry or application, and contacting us.

You may not interfere with the Site’s operation or security; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful material; use automated systems to scrape or harvest content or contact information; impersonate another person or Red Barn Doodles; or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

2. Puppy Information and Availability

Information about puppies, parent dogs, planned litters, expected availability, pricing, sizes, colors, coat types, timing, and other characteristics is provided for general informational purposes. Photographs and descriptions represent the puppy or dog shown but should not be interpreted as a promise that another puppy will have identical characteristics.

Availability, pricing, breeding plans, estimated birth dates, go-home dates, and other details may change. Website information does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, or reservation unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Red Barn Doodles.

3. Applications and Inquiries

Submitting an inquiry, puppy application, questionnaire, or other form does not reserve a puppy, guarantee approval, establish priority, or require Red Barn Doodles to complete a sale. We may request additional information and may approve or decline an application in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

You agree that the information you submit will be accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Purchases, and Puppy Contracts

Deposits, reservation payments, refunds, payment schedules, health guarantees, delivery or pickup arrangements, breeding rights, spay/neuter requirements, and ownership transfers are governed by the applicable puppy contract, deposit/refund policy, invoice, or other written agreement.

If information on the Site conflicts with an applicable written puppy contract or transaction-specific agreement, the signed or accepted agreement controls to the extent permitted by law. Please review those documents carefully before submitting a deposit or completing a purchase.

5. Health, Size, Appearance, and Temperament

Website content about puppy care, training, health, nutrition, breeds, genetics, expected adult size, coat, shedding, allergy suitability, behavior, or temperament is general information only. It is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, or legal advice. Consult a qualified veterinarian, trainer, behavior professional, or other appropriate adviser for guidance specific to your circumstances.

Animals are living beings whose development and behavior are affected by genetics, environment, care, training, and other factors. Except for promises expressly included in an applicable written puppy contract, the Site does not guarantee a puppy’s adult size, appearance, coat, shedding, allergy compatibility, health outcome, behavior, or temperament.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its text, photographs, puppy images, videos, graphics, logos, branding, design, and other content are owned by or licensed to Red Barn Doodles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and share links to public pages for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially use Site content without prior written permission.

7. Content You Submit

When you submit information, messages, photographs, documents, or other content through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights. You authorize us and our service providers to process the submitted content as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate an application, administer a transaction, provide customer service, protect the Site, and carry out the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to or use services operated by third parties, such as payment processors, breeder-management or contract platforms, mapping services, social-media platforms, embedded videos, analytics providers, and communication tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Red Barn Doodles and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its general content.

This limitation applies only to the Site and does not replace or expand any limitation, remedy, warranty, or responsibility stated in an applicable puppy contract. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute relating solely to these Terms or use of the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Oklahoma, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

14. Changes to These Terms
