Red Barn Doodles & More

Effective date: August 19, 2026

Red Barn Doodles & More (“Red Barn Doodles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to https://www.redbarndoodlesandmore.com and to information collected through forms, puppy applications, telephone calls, email subscriptions, and related online interactions with our business.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, submit a puppy application, join our mailing list, inquire about a puppy, complete a contract, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and preferred method of contact.
  • Information included in a puppy application, such as household details, family circumstances, preferences, experience with pets, and the type of puppy you are interested in.
  • Messages, questions, notes, and other information you choose to provide.
  • Transaction, contract, deposit, and purchase-related information. Payment-card details may be processed by a third-party payment provider rather than stored directly by us.

b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, landing page, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, dates and times of visits, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

c. Calls and Lead-Attribution Information

When you call a tracking telephone number or submit a website form, we may collect the telephone number used, call date and time, call duration, form contents, and information about the marketing source, advertisement, campaign, keyword, or webpage associated with the inquiry.

d. Comments, Media, and Account Information

If website comments are enabled and you leave a comment, we may collect the information shown in the comment form, your IP address, and browser user-agent information to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to determine whether you use that service. If you upload an image, avoid including embedded location information such as EXIF GPS data. If user accounts are offered, we may store the profile information supplied through the account.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective and current puppy families.
  • Review puppy applications and help match families with appropriate puppies.
  • Administer contracts, deposits, purchases, pickup arrangements, and customer service.
  • Send newsletters and marketing communications when you have subscribed or otherwise agreed to receive them.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, personalize, and improve our website and services.
  • Measure the effectiveness of advertising, understand which sources produce inquiries, and improve marketing campaigns.
  • Detect spam, fraud, security incidents, misuse, and technical problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, customers, animals, and business.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the website to operate. Others support analytics, advertising attribution, remarketing, and measurement.

You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or similar technologies may reduce our ability to measure advertising performance and may affect some website features. Browser settings and opt-out tools vary by provider and device.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Lead Tracking

a. Google Services

We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and related Google services to understand website activity, measure advertising results, and improve campaigns. Google may process device, browser, cookie, interaction, and advertising-attribution information in accordance with its own policies.

b. Meta Pixel and Meta Advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and related Meta business tools to measure actions taken after people view or interact with advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, create advertising audiences, understand campaign performance, and improve the relevance and effectiveness of our advertising. Meta may use cookies and similar identifiers to recognize browsers or devices and process information under its own privacy policy.

c. WhatConverts

We use WhatConverts to track and attribute leads, including website forms and telephone calls. WhatConverts may process contact information, call and form metadata, webpage information, and advertising-attribution data so we can understand which marketing sources and campaigns generated an inquiry.

d. Advanced Matching

When advanced matching is enabled, WhatConverts may send Meta a hashed version of an email address or telephone number associated with a lead. Hashing transforms the information before transmission. Meta compares the hashed identifier with information associated with Meta accounts to help attribute conversions, measure advertising results, and optimize campaigns. The hashed identifier is sent through Meta’s Conversions API and is not sent by WhatConverts to Meta as plain-text contact information.

5. Email Marketing

We may use ActiveCampaign or another email service provider to manage mailing-list subscriptions and send newsletters or marketing communications. The provider may process your name, email address, subscription status, email engagement, and related technical information on our behalf.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. We may still send non-promotional communications relating to an inquiry, application, contract, transaction, or customer-service matter.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and business, communicate with customers, process forms or transactions, measure advertising, provide analytics, prevent spam, host data, or deliver email. These providers may include website-hosting and WordPress providers, form and spam-prevention services, Google, Meta, WhatConverts, ActiveCampaign, contract or breeder-management systems, payment providers, and professional advisers.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect the rights, safety, or property of Red Barn Doodles, our customers, animals, or others; investigate fraud or misuse; or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of advertising cookies or disclosure of identifiers to advertising platforms may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Rights and terminology vary by jurisdiction.

7. Embedded Content and External Websites

Pages or articles may include embedded videos, images, social-media posts, maps, or other content from third-party websites. Embedded content may behave as though you visited the third-party website directly. Those providers may collect data, use cookies, and monitor interactions under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, evaluating applications, maintaining customer and transaction records, measuring marketing, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Comments and associated metadata may be retained so follow-up comments can be recognized. Mailing-list information may be retained until you unsubscribe, after which limited suppression information may be kept to honor your request.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. You may also have rights concerning certain advertising uses or disclosures of personal information.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also:

  • Unsubscribe from promotional email using the link included in the message.
  • Control cookies through your browser settings and any cookie-preference tool made available on the website.
  • Adjust advertising preferences through your Facebook, Instagram, Google, or device settings.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults seeking information about puppies and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the matter.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised policy.
